We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee.  if you are not satisfied with our product and it is unopened, you can return the product to us and get a refund.

The refund method is refund according to your payment method, and the cost will be borne by the buyer

Return or exchange time: 90 working days

If it is an exchange or return, the cost will be borne by the buyer 180-Day Warranty: We also offer a 180-day warranty (180 days from the date of receipt) to cover any possible defects in materials and workmanship.

Incorrect Product Ordered

If you change your mind or realize you ordered an incorrect product,  pls contact our Customer Care (, we are able to make a change or cancel your order before the product is shipped from our warehouse.

If your product has been shipped already, we could not make changes anymore.

Incorrect Product Received

What if your incorrect order has been shipped already? Or what if there's a mistake in the product shipped to you? There're 2 ways to back your money: 

  1. Pls reject the package at the time of delivery and marking Return to Sender (RTS).
  2. Pls contact us within 48 hours once you received the package, we are glad to guide you through the return process.

Product Not Received

If your product was not delivered at all or lost, pls contact our Customer Care (, we will investigate the matter with the logistics carrier, and then will arrange a replacement or refund to you as soon as possible.

Product Damaged or Faulty 

If you have received a damaged or faulty product, pls contact our Customer Care ( to clearly detail the issues you are having, we will replace or refund your order at our discretion.

We need you to return the faulty product and any accessories that came with it, with their original packaging.

Important: For items that arrive damaged or defective, you need to provide a video/photo to support your claim that the item arrived damaged or malfunctioning. If the customer refuses or fails to send photos/videos of the purported faulty/damaged item, this return will be considered “buyer’s remorse” and it will be the customer’s sole responsibility to return it. Customers are also vulnerable to a 15% restocking fee plus any shipping fees paid by the seller. If the customer claims that the item is defective/damaged, the customer must provide proof before returning it, without exception.
